hidden places

Jaipur is always famous for its culture and historical places also Jaipur is widely known as the Pink city in the world because of the color Pink and the lots of history which are hidden in this city like the treasure but still, some unknown places in Jaipur got not that much popularity among the travelers.

The first one is the Sagar lake located at a distance of 9 km from Jaipur city, It’s one of the unfamiliar places in Jaipur which got not that much popularity. It’s a lake behind the Amer fort and you can reach over there by car or bike. Best time to visit Sagar lake in this Monsoon season because you can be an example of the real beauty of this place. Sagar lake is fenced in Aravalli hills and the Sagar lake divided into two sub-parts is Upper Sagar and Lower Sagar. There is also a Vaishno Mata Temple.

The second one is the Abhaneri has another name Chand Baori step located at a distance of 94 km from Jaipur city on Jaipur – Agra road and the part of the Dausa district of state Rajasthan. It is one of the oldest and deepest Baori(Stepwell) in Rajasthan. You can reach Abhaneri by road and by train also.

The third one is the Chandlai lake located at a distance of 30km from Jaipur on Tonk road. It’s famous as a picnic spot and the oasis of Flamingos, It’s the best spot for the picnic and enjoys the scenic view. Everyone love to see the birds and if you are one of them so this is the right place.

The fourth one is the Galta temple which is the Hindu pilgrimage about 10kmm away from Jaipur. Ther is a temple name is “Galta Ji” and Galta temple is surrounded by the Aravalli hills. Galta Ji is also an unexplored place in Jaipur and not familiar with travelers but the view of Aravalli hills is amazing. There is a Sita Ram Ji temple that has another name is Monkey temple and due to the no. of Monkeys there is a film shoot by the National Geographic name is Rebel Monkeys.

The fourth one is the Choolgiri the Jain temple, As I said earlier Jaipur is not only famous for the shistorical places but also known by the culture and one of the examples is Choolgiri. Its located on the Aravalli hills and 10km away from Jaipur. It was built by the Jain Acharya Ji in 1953.

The fifth one is the Panna Meena ka Kund is located between the Amer fort and Sagar lake. All the stepwell has their beauty but this one is very less populated compare to the others. This place looks more beautiful in Monsoon seasons. In earlier times, women used this place to fill the water in their waterpots.

I hope the information I shared is useful for you and recommend to all of you to visit these all places once in your life.
