University of Worcester

University of Worcester

Deciding where to go to college is always a difficult decision. When you start thinking about the difficult things three years from now, it has to be perfect. Here are top 5 reasons to opt university of Worcester for bright future.

Here are five reasons why I choose University of Worcester for you. What you may notice is that it wasn’t the course that sold it to me.

Reasons for choosing Worcester University

Know Before Opting University Of Worcester

Size

This was arguably one of my top five reasons for choosing Worcester. The small number of students in the lecture / seminar means that learning and one-on-one tutorials will be more successful. In my course, I spent enough time meeting with instructors and assignments whenever I needed to. During the dissertation, setting up a tutorial with my boss wasn’t difficult at all. This really helped me when I needed guidance.

After all, we’re here to study, so longer contact times are better!

One City and Country

Worcester is a city. There is a gorgeous cathedral in the city center! Yes, it’s a city. But like a university, it’s not a big city. Only I come from Gloucestershire, just below the freeway, it’s almost a home from my hometown. It’s not that huge, but it has the whole thing you require being a small city in the Midlands means that you don’t have to travel far because you’re in the countryside, the type of environment I’m used to. Access to this city / country is definitely a good reason to come to this university if you are interested in taking advantage of both.

My actual home is only 45 minutes from Worcester and I enjoy being close to the home that was really a big factor in my college life.

Earn While Learning

One of the best things a university has to offer to its students is a “learning and earning” system. This means that you can work in college while studying at Worcester. The university offers a huge number of jobs, from drama ambassadors to facilities, university bloggers to bar staff. College has a lot to do and it’s definitely worth it. You can meet a variety of people you have never met in and around the university. Also, it is a high salary.

It’s great to be able to do some work in college. The university emphasizes that your research comes first, but you may not find it kind to some of the other companies in the city. Great opportunity!

Society

Worcester University has many societies. From soccer to Ultimate Frisbee, from hockey to Harry Potter, from musical theaters to Doctor Who. There is a society for everyone. And if you don’t have a society for you, the Students’ Union can help you create your own society. Participation in society is mandatory at university, and I am very angry that I did not participate in society until the last semester of my second year. Being part of it outside of your degree is great.

You can continue the hobbies you left at home, college, or junior high school. It is important to balance work and play.

Accommodation

Worcester accommodation is arguably one of the biggest selling points, but for me it is. The word “hall” may scare some of you, considering sharing the kitchen and bathroom, but to be honest, Worcester’s hall is nice! In the first year, there was a room with a private bathroom in the hall of the city campus, and I really liked it. The first few weeks were like living in a hotel with a private bathroom until I washed my clothes and started ironing!

Worcester also has a lot of student homes, and if staying in the hall in the first year doesn’t suit you, you can always find out sharing a home that lasts most of the second and third years increase.

Most of Worcester’s dormitories are really nice and are not far from here. Definitely within walking distance or near bus routes. I love my student’s house. I was able to make it my own and as homely as possible. This is very important to me.

So these were some of the things that made Worcester come and study. I don’t regret my decision. Choose the same if necessary. What are you considering when applying to a university? Remember that going to Open Day is always helpful. Good luck everyone!  Don’t be anxious about how to start the best study in UK consultant is here to understand you better way.
