PST File

4. After this, choose PST option>> Next 

5. Select the folder that contains your contacts

6. Provide a location to save the PST file.

CSV File

A .csv saves contacts in tabular format. Follow the below-mentioned steps to import contacts to Outlook:

1. Open MS Outlook and choose File.

2. Click on Open & Export>> Export to a File

3. Select the CSV file and click on Next.

4. Choose a contacts folder>> Next.

5. Enter a destination location to save the file.

6. You can also create a password to protect the file.

vCard (VCF) File

vCard or VCF is a virtual standard business card file that is used to share contacts over various platforms or devices. Unfortunately, MS Outlook does not provide any inbuilt or direct method to import those files. Therefore, you will have to convert them into either .pst or .csv format because Outlook only understands those.
