Do not ask them to clean the whole house:
Well, we know that as parents you are always in a hurry to teach your kids everything but do not be too hard on them because they will start to hate it rather than understanding it.
If you want to teach them cleaning, do not ask them to clean the whole house in one go because that is not their capacity and they will not do it ever again.
Tell them that they can do the part of the house that they want to do according to their capacity, and you will see how they do it in one go.
Do not make things too hard for your kids, take it all slow and they will definitely learn better and more.
Make them playdates:
The last thing that you need to do to teach your kids and want to involve them in it is to make the cleaning parts, playdates for them.
Do not just tire yourself or them with cleaning the house and doing all the chores rather make it fun for yourself and for them.
Enjoy small breaks in between the cleaning tasks, start a race between your children of who will do the task first and you will see how fast they do everything.
