Job Cancellation Feature 

On-Demand Home Services App Owners have added the Feature wherein the User or Provider can cancel the Job if they see the violation of Safety Measures. Once the Service Provider arrives at the Location and starts the job, either the User or Provider themselves can cancel the Job. By Clicking on the Hamburger Icon on the top of the screen a menu will open with an option of “CANCEL BOOKING.” To confirm the cancellation, the User has to click YES. 

Safety Rating and Review 

The App Users are asked to Safety Rate the Service Provider and Review. Users can base their rating on how strictly or correctly did the Provider adhere to the Covid-19 Safety Guidelines to prevent the spread of the Virus. After the Jiffy Clone Provider ends the Job and collects the money, the Safety Rating, and Review option pop up on the screen. Along with the option of Rating, the User can also mark the Provider as ‘Favorite’.
