But remember, your quest for a healthy weekend begins on Friday. So if you’re planning to go out for a drink at the end of the week, plan to have smaller pegs than larger ones.
The more you drink, the more you’ll want to eat. And, you’re more likely to want to munch on fried and salty foods after. Also, order a new drink before you get your hands on your favorite tequila. For instance, if you gulp down red wine, have a beer instead.
You have more chances of having a healthy weekend if you nurse and take time finishing an unfamiliar drink rather than when you gulp down something you’re used to. The idea is to prevent yourself from having multiple rounds.
In the end, you’ll find yourself running after vivid dreams of a healthy weekend rather than living it.
2. Stand Away From The Buffet
The key to a healthy weekend is moderation, so take small portions at a time. If you’re dining out with friends, sit next to one that shares similar goals for healthy weekend activities.
