Reasons For Comcast Email Issues
*An iPhone not supporting Wifi. This usually does not mean that the Comcast email client doesn’t support Wifi. The issue may simply mean that the settings just aren’t compatible with your Windows Live ID email account. In this case, you may be able to simply create another account with the proper email client settings.
* Comcast account not responding. Sometimes when attempting to sign-in to your Comcast account, the ‘sign-in button’ will not appear or will disappear. This is typically caused by a network outage. To work around this problem, you could simply restart the computer (if it is not booting). If this does not fix the problem then you may need to contact technical support and have them check your internet connection.
* Comcast email not working. When you try and send an email to Comcast and the email service doesn’t respond or it says you have reached your daily limit, then you know it is time for you to upgrade. There are a number of reasons why the daily limit may be set to an empty string. For example, someone may have configured their computer so that when they hit the ‘forward’ key, the software updates automatically and they have no choice but to hit the ‘back’ button. * Comcast email issues not related to Outlook email clients.
