Here Are Some Benefits Of Yoga And Some Yoga Forms

Yoga can help increase your strength, balance your body and increase your stretching or flexibility. We have to do all forms of yoga slowly, do deep breathing to increase the flow of blood, keep your body warm and increase the strength of your muscles. One form of exercise we will discuss below it called Corpse Position

Corpse Position(Savasana)

In this position, the person needs to lie down with their limbs moved out, keeping them away from their body. They need to keep their palms facing up towards the sky. Take a deep breath and keep your mind calm. Do this pose for around 5 to 15 minutes depending upon your practices. Slowly and gradually increase your time. No need to hurry.

Conclusion:

Yoga is just not a form of exercise but it is a way of living, it has been globally popularized nowadays. But in India, it is famous but not that up to the mark. The government has recently declared 21st June as Yoga day and is trying to increase its popularity by infusing it with our school syllabus and the results have been very positive.
