Although that might be quite cool and motivating.You don’t need a genius to keep up with exercise; You just need some exercise motivation tips that really hold you accountable. While it’s great to have a partner to work out, you can do it yourself, too!

These nine motivational tips will keep you in control of your Fitness accountability and will make you meet all your goals.

1. WRITE IT DOWN

Taking the time to specify and define your goals allows you to determine what it is that you really want to get out of your exercise routine. Make a list and review it every few months to assess where you are, what you would like to change, and what is working.

2. POST YOUR GOALS

There’s nothing better than a new set of songs to keep you moving and exercising during a workout. Download a high-energy song playlist, your favorite podcast, or a riveting audiobook to keep you motivated during your workout.

9. TRY EXERCISING IN A GROUP

Some of the best motivational tips for exercising take you out of your comfort zone. Try varying your workouts to keep yourself excited about the exercise. Instead of doing your usual solo training, consider signing up for a small group training session.
