Chinese brand Oppo released A92 in May 2020. The phone was announced on the 4th of May 2020 and was available for people from the 9th of May 2020.
Design & Body
A92 has a 3D curved glass back with a concentric circle design. The phone Twilight black in color. This phone A92 is also available in Aurora Purple and Shining White. The curved sides of Oppo A92 are a nice touch, as it makes the phone easy to grip.
The phone has a dimension of 162 x 75.5 x 8.9 mm and weight is 192 gm. It has a dual SIM card slot.
Display
Oppo A92 has a big 6.5 inches (102.0 cm2) display with IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. This technology provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and 405 PPI density.

These are 48 MP (wide)+ 8 MP (ultrawide)+ 2 MP (depth)+ 2 MP. It has an LED flash, HDR, panorama. The video quality of the rear camera is also good. Users will be able to capture 4k videos.
Photos taken from the rear cameras look good. Under natural lighting, photos come out sharp. The colors are accurate as we would like them to be. There is some room for improvement though, the edge detection in portrait shots needs a little more work with the background blur.
We are impressed with OPPO’s new Night Mode as it does improve the quality of shots in dark situations. There is less noise, details are present, and there is just about the right amount of sharpness to the images.
The selfie camera is also good. There is a 16 MP front camera for selfie shooter. Front camera also has HDR. The selfie camera can shot 1080p videos with 360fps.
Selfies from A92 are decent. We got great details, colors, and skin tones. But it struggles under poor lighting conditions. You will find some skin smoothening going on even without the beauty mode turned on. With the AI option selfies also look decent .
UI and Apps
The phone is highly customizable and packs a lot of OPPO’s native apps. If you used oppo earlier then you won’t lose your way around. In case you do not know there is an app drawer option in the settings, and you can easily adjust the navigation buttons the way you want them to be arranged.
Battery Life
The device runs on a massive 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The phone can run videos for 17 hours and 20 minutes while tested with 1080 p video with 50% brightness.It can sustain a whole day while playing games.
