Smart Air Conditioner has countless other features such as geofencing, temperature range control, weekly scheduling, etc. With the help of these features you will get a comfortable environment but in a low energy consumption. Though this AC is more expensive than other regular AC. And to utilize all its features wifi connection is mandatory. 

Geothermal Air Conditioner-

Geothermal Air Conditioner is a new type of Air Conditioner and it works in a new method. And that is, utilizing the insulating properties of the earth. As everyone knows the temperature under 3-4 feet stays the same every time of year and Geothermal technology uses this temperature to cool your house. For this type of Air Conditioner an acute underground setup is required. You can use a geothermal Air Conditioner in the long run.  Though the setup cost of the AC is higher than any other Air Conditioner.
