professional resume perk

In order to be seen among thousands of other candidate resumes, your CV must be unique. Many reputable sources argue that a resume must still be individual and creative in order to grab the employer’s attention. A professional approach is essential in everything, including the creation of a resume.

Preparing a professional resume is the first step in finding work, and it will depend on how correctly it is prepared whether your candidacy for an employer will be of interest or not.

If you decide to write a resume yourself, then our recommendations may be useful to you. There are many forms for writing this document, however, there is a common set of information that needs to be highlighted in the resume.

What information to include to a professional resume

A professional resume perk company is an online service on resume editing where every writer is ready to write and/or edit your resume and deliver it in a timely manner.

1. Personal and contact information

  • FULL NAME (writers usually written in capital letters);
  • Contact information: address, contact phone number, fax, e-mail;
  • Personal information: age (year of birth), marital status, presence of children.

2. Objective

An integral part of any resume no matter if it is written by a professional custom writer or not. At this point, you need to clearly formulate which position you are interested in. If you are interested in a number of similar vacancies, it is appropriate to list them.

3. Education

This paragraph indicates the education you received (first, the period of study, then the name of the educational institution, faculty, specialty). After the main one, all kinds of additional education are indicated: the second higher education, online courses, seminars, internships.

4. Work experience

Previous jobs are listed in reverse chronological order. First, the month/year of the beginning and end of labor activity is written, then the name of the company and position. List your main responsibilities, acquired knowledge, skills and achievements. (Do not overload this section with unnecessary information).

5. Professional skills

In this section, you can give information about yourself that seems important to you to work in the desired position. Mention what you can do as a specialist, what professional methods and technologies you own the best (computer programs, knowledge of foreign languages, availability of professional certificates, etc.)

6. Personal skills

In this section, you can review those skills that characterize you as a person, for example, sociability, the ability to work in a team, organizational skills, hobbies, etc.

7. Additional information

At this point, you can add all the additions and services you provided that you think are necessary, but were not mentioned earlier. For example, the ability to move to another city, the willingness to travel, driving license, etc.

When preparing your resume, highlight your strong professional and personal skills. However, you should not write a full biography. Know how to present your strengths correctly. The information provided in the resume must be accurate. And most importantly, the resume should be short: no more than one – one and a half pages, and without grammatical errors. Your ability to clearly define, to indicate briefly are indicators of a high level of general culture. Go through a checking service to check the text for typos. Print your resume on good paper and a printer. If you are sending your resume by email, then write a short cover letter.

Keep in mind that professionals from resumeperk.com, will gladly cover you and help with writing, editing and/or proofreading your resume in time of need. Good luck with your job hunting!
