A lot of people asked me the question “What is the best time to drink smoothies?” I know you are curious to know the answer. The answer is “YOU CAN DRINK IT ANYTIME”.

But if you drink it earlier in the morning, it gives the best benefits. That’s why I start my day with a smoothie every morning.

1. Do you wanna lose your weight? Smoothie is the best option for you.

2. It makes you feel full. People skip morning breakfast to lose their weight. Is it a good option? Expert says having smoothies with fruits makes you energetic for a long time.

3. Smoothies strengthen the immune system. We are busy with our modern life. So, we don’t have the time to eat fruits. We can smash the fruits, vegetables and super food which will increase our immune system.

4. Experts say having fruits early in the morning boosts your brain power. Smoothies contain different fruits like mango, cherry, banana, etc.

Having smoothies for lunch?

It’s not a good idea to have lunch with smoothies. But if you want to lose your weight, this is the best option. Mixed fruit and milk might taste good but this isn’t enough for lunch. You need extra nutrition, protein, the extra fiber in your lunch.

I don’t prefer to drink smoothies at dinner. If you are desperate to drink smoothies at dinner, then don’t use fruit and too much sugar. You can have smoothies at dinner for the following reasons:

1. You are not hungry and don’t want to eat heavy food.

2. Don’t wanna cooking and if you have a rush.

3. Having a big lunch and don’t wanna eat too much.

4. If you wanna diet too much.
